We want you to love your Sagal Collective hijabs. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Sale Items Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
